1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the AgenticAuto platform (including directly through our open APIs, Model Context Protocol / MCP, or the ChatGPT app in the App Directory), you agree to comply with these terms. Both human users and AI agents act under the legal incidence of this agreement.
2. Seller Rights and Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the technical data provided. Any listing uploaded as a Draft via the agentic API will be activated on the public website only after email confirmation by the rightful owner of the provided email address, using the OTP code sent via Resend.
3. Limitation of Liability for AI Decisions
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculations, Price Ratings, and 3-year depreciation curves are automatically generated predictive estimates. AgenticAuto does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of these financial predictions and assumes no liability for transactions completed based on recommendations provided by AI agents.
